Bina Parikh is a registered architect with more than 35 years of experience in architectural planning, design, and project management. As a certified NYC WMBE/MBE and federal WOSB, the firm is uniquely positioned to serve public agencies, government bodies, and private clients seeking qualified minority and woman-owned architectural partners.
Her public sector background includes serving as Architect and Project Manager for the New York City Board of Education and New York City Transit (MTA), where she managed capital school building projects and major bus depot facilities across all five boroughs — bringing deep knowledge of government procurement, agency coordination, and public infrastructure requirements.
In private practice, Bina has led the design and construction administration of more than 200 residential, community, and commercial projects — including renovations, new construction, and adaptive reuse projects — with a total constructed value exceeding $4 million.
Her work reflects a balance of technical expertise, practical problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering well-built, functional environments. With fluency in AutoCAD and MicroStation, and extensive knowledge of NYC zoning, building codes, and sustainable design, the firm is equipped to handle every phase from concept to closeout.
